What an amazing visit we had from Elma Walsh with an incredibly touching reminder to everyone. Her S.O.S. message reminds us all of the importance of SLEEP, getting OUTSIDE and SPIRITUALITY. She shared the story of her son, Donal, and hopes that his love for life will live on.
